We are now seeking an Orthopedic Technologist for a temporary position at our clinic in Huddinge. The department consists of approximately 25 employees with extensive experience working with all types of orthopedic devices, as well as a shop serving private customers and hospital staff. As an orthopedic clinic located centrally at Huddinge Hospital and with newly opened premises in Södertälje center, we are a natural and highly sought-after collaborative partner at interdisciplinary clinics within many diagnostic areas. We have good relationships with other professional disciplines and there are great opportunities to further develop these relationships.
Your Responsibilities
Your main task will be to receive patients, conduct analyses, and prescribe devices. You will work with various patient groups and orthopedic devices. You are offered varied work where the use of traditional and modern technical and clinical methods is integrated into daily work. Our department has many neuropatients with a focus on EDS, tone, and polio patients, but also many diabetes, prosthetics, and acute patients. Because we are located at Huddinge Hospital, we have extensive on-call services and collaboration with care units. We continuously work to develop our operations, from our product range to improving our processes, in which you will also be involved.
Who We Are Looking For
Qualified Orthopedic Technologist
Good computer skills
Preferably good knowledge of Swedish and English
It is advantageous if you have experience working clinically as an Orthopedic Technologist

The Position
Full-time, temporary position starting by agreement through August 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment. We have a collective agreement. The primary location is Huddinge, but there is also the opportunity to work in Södertälje if desired.
