Job Description We are currently looking for an already trained security guard on an as-needed basis! As a security guard, you have a genuine desire to build good relationships and respect everyone, regardless of background. You are employed by Securitas but work under the police authority's regulations. Your primary task is to make people feel safe in their daily lives. You do this through presence in public spaces, which hopefully has a calming effect, but if the situation requires it, you are expected to act. You will be based in Karlstad and will primarily work day and evening shifts, with occasional nights. You are humble, team-oriented, and service-minded in your interactions with the public, but also understand the responsibility of your role and can remain objective when required. Great importance will be placed on your personal suitability for the position.
