365 BTS is now seeking careful and efficient order pickers for an exciting assignment with our partner in the warehouse and logistics sector. This is a perfect opportunity for you if you enjoy varied and physical work at a fast pace! About the Position: As an order picker, you are a key person in our customers' logistics flow. You will work to ensure that the right products reach the right customer at the right time. Your main responsibilities include: Picking & Packing: Pick and pack customer orders according to pick lists and orders. Warehouse Management: Handle incoming and outgoing goods, and be responsible for stock replenishment and inventory. Quality Assurance: Inspect goods to ensure they are free from damage and discrepancies. Teamwork: Work together with your colleagues to create an efficient and positive work environment. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is practical and likes to work goal-oriented. To thrive in the role, we would like to see that you are: Thorough and Responsible: You take responsibility for your tasks and perform them with high quality. Self-Directed: You can work independently and take your own initiative. We would like you to have: Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Computer skills, as the work often involves handheld devices or other systems. Driver's license for a car (advantageous). Forklift certification (A and/or B) is highly advantageous, and in some cases required. Previous experience with warehouse work or order picking is advantageous but not required.
