Order Picker / Warehouse Associate at Roctexo Aerospace AB
Roctexo Aerospace AB is seeking a careful and responsible order picker for our warehouse in Värnamo.
Roctexo Aerospace is a growing company in the aviation industry. We sell materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment for construction, maintenance, and repair of primarily smaller aircraft. Our assortment includes aircraft parts, engine and instrument components, aluminum and plastic materials, composite materials, electrical components, fittings, screws, and other aviation-specific hardware.
We are now looking for a person who wants to take significant personal responsibility for our daily warehouse and delivery operations.
Job Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:
Picking and packing customer orders
Verifying article numbers, quantities, and documentation before delivery
Booking shipments with our transport partners
Booking and coordinating pickups
Printing shipping documents and labels
Receiving goods and inspecting incoming shipments
Placing goods in the correct warehouse locations
Ongoing warehouse management and inventory
Monitoring and tracking products with limited shelf life
Ensuring order, structure, and cleanliness in the warehouse
Handling both small components and larger or heavier shipments
Since we work with products for the aviation industry, precision is very important. A small component can be just as critical as a large and expensive part, and correct article numbers, quantities, batch numbers, and documentation must accompany everything throughout the entire process.
Who Are We Looking For?

Is careful and enjoys order and structure
Can work independently and take responsibility for completing work tasks
Finds it easy to work with computers and digital systems
Can read and understand article numbers and basic technical information
Can communicate in Swedish and/or English
Enjoys work where both pace and precision are important
Is practical and not afraid to pitch in when needed
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, order picking, or freight booking is a merit but not a requirement.
A forklift operator certificate is a merit but not a requirement. We use forklifts relatively seldom, and the right person may have the opportunity to complete forklift training if needed.
Experience from aviation, vehicles, industry, spare parts retail, or other technical operations is particularly valuable, but you do not need to have worked in the aviation industry before.
The Position
Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Workplace: Roctexo Aerospace AB, Värnamo
Work Schedule: Daytime
Start Date: By agreement
