Responsibilities As order support, your main areas of responsibility will include: Full responsibility and administration of the order cycle from received order to final delivery. Primary contact person for customers and internal departments. Proactive management of complex customer matters with a focus on high service level. Continuous improvement and optimization of daily work processes and routines. Qualifications To be suitable for the role, we see that you possess the following competencies: Post-secondary education in logistics, economics, supply chain or equivalent professional experience. Relevant work experience in customer service, order management or supply chain. Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Very good administrative skills and experience working in various business systems. Analytical and solution-oriented with a natural ability to build customer relationships.
