Here you'll have an important role in the flow between customer, order, delivery, and billing, and become part of a team where collaboration is in focus. Your responsibilities In the role of order handler, you'll be part of the Special Orders team whose main task is to handle deviations, incidents, and deliveries as well as oversee all orders coming into Spendrups. Together with your colleagues, you'll ensure that order handling maintains high quality through clear, active, and solution-oriented service. Examples of tasks: * Register and manage incoming orders * Coordinate delivery days and manage changes in the order flow * Be the first point of contact for invoice inquiries from restaurant customers and wholesalers * Handle and resolve questions related to logistics, transport, and delivery * Follow up on deviations and ensure feedback to the customer * Handle other administrative customer matters related to orders, billing, and delivery Your profile We believe you're organized and service-oriented to thrive in this role. You're comfortable with customer dialogue and have the ability to handle even more challenging conversations and stressful situations in a professional and solution-oriented manner. We're looking for someone who: * Has completed upper secondary education * Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing * Has good computer skills and is comfortable working in various systems * Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office Meritorious: * Post-secondary education in, for example, economics, administration, or similar * Experience in customer service and order handling * Experience working in Salesforce and M3 Cloud At Spendrups, people work who are goal-oriented, fearless, and creative.
