We are now looking for a dedicated and service-oriented order administrator for our client in Malmö. About the Role As an order administrator, you will work with a variety of administrative tasks related to orders, deliveries, and customer service. You are responsible for the entire order flow from receipt and registration through follow-up and invoicing, as well as coordination with warehouse and logistics partners. The position combines operational responsibility in daily work with active participation in improvement and development projects. Examples of Work Tasks: Reception, registration, and processing of customer orders. Communication with customers regarding delivery status, order changes, and complaints. Coordination with warehouse and external logistics partners to ensure deliveries. Invoice documentation and coordination with the finance department. Participation in process improvements and development of routines. Qualifications We are looking for someone with at least 2–3 years of experience in similar tasks within order administration, customer service, or logistics. You have a good understanding of order and delivery flows and experience with business systems; experience with SAP or other major ERP systems is a plus. It is a requirement that you communicate well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience with customs and freight matters is a plus. Who Are You?
