Our sales team is based in showhouses and home offices throughout the country. Together, we help our customers realize their dream homes. We are now seeking an Order and Aftermarket Coordinator for Hudiksvall Your Responsibilities As an Order and Aftermarket Coordinator, you will have a coordinating and cohesive role in the daily flow between orders, delivery, and aftermarket. You are responsible for ordering materials such as windows, doors, sheet metal, roof tiles, and other building materials for both the factory and construction sites. The role involves planning, following up on, and coordinating deliveries, as well as maintaining ongoing contact with builders, transporters, and internal functions to ensure that the right materials are in the right place at the right time. You will order and coordinate internal transports, make assessments about when external transport needs to be arranged, and work closely with production and loading planning. An important part of the work is serving as the hub for communication regarding delivery times, following up that deliveries have been completed as planned, and handling receiving inspections. The role also includes responsibility for aftermarket and complaints handling, where you maintain contact with both customers and builders and work solution-focused to handle various situations that may arise. The work is administrative but very operational, varied and sometimes time-pressured, with a strong focus on service, coordination, and problem-solving.
