We are now seeking a structured and service-oriented operations developer for the open care unit, children and adults, in Filipstad Municipality. You will be an important part of the team and work closely with our open care treatment staff.

In your role as developer, we want you to work to strengthen quality, equity and efficiency within open care operations (both children and adults) through management, supervision and development of methods and working practices. The role should contribute to evidence-based practice and a coherent care pathway. Since the role is new, you have the opportunity to help shape an operation based on the future of social services.
Main Responsibilities
Your main tasks are management, supervision and competence support, operations development, collaboration and quality assurance.
This means you lead and distribute the daily work within the open care operation, ensure that interventions are planned, implemented and followed up according to decisions and guidelines. You will function as operational support to staff in case management and prioritize cases based on need, risk and resources. You will also collaborate with unit managers regarding operations planning and resource allocation.
You are expected to provide continuous supervision to staff within both child and adult open care. The role also includes supporting complex cases and situations and being able to contribute to competence development through, for example, internal training and method support.
The role includes developing and implementing evidence-based methods and working practices, and having a good ability to identify areas for improvement and drive development initiatives. You should have the knowledge to follow up and analyze the operation's results and quality while ensuring that the work complies with legislation, guidelines and local goals. It is expected that in addition to participating in, you also have the ability to sometimes lead projects and change initiatives.
You should have experience collaborating with both internal and external operations and be able to contribute to a holistic view of the individual's needs and support coordinated interventions, such as SIP - coordinated individual plan.
As a developer, you ensure that documentation is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and guidelines. You are responsible for following up cases and interventions with open care staff. You should be able to contribute to quality work and systematic improvement work and, together with your manager, manage deviations and risks.
Qualifications
Formal Requirements
Sociology degree or other relevant higher education
Several years of experience working in social services/open care
Good knowledge of legislation (SoL, LVU, and LVM)
Merits
Experience of management or supervision
Further education in relevant methods (e.g. MI, CBT, FFT, Signs of Safety)
Experience with both child and adult cases
Personal Qualities
Clear and confident as a leader
Good pedagogical and communication skills
Structured and solution-focused
Ability to build trust and engagement
Terms
This position requires a certificate from the police records register. This will only be requested from the final candidate in the last stage of the recruitment process.
