Our operations run 24/7 and work may include evenings, weekends, and nights. We typically offer full-time positions, but part-time may be available. A criminal record check is required before employment.

QUALIFICATIONS
To work with us, you need:
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Computer skills—documentation is an important part of the work
• Class B driver's license (may be required for certain positions)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to common goals
• Be communicative, receptive, and clear in your communication
• Be service-oriented and show genuine interest in our service users
Meritorious qualifications:
• Work experience in healthcare and elder care
• Certification of completed nursing assistant education or care aide training
• Knowledge of low-arousal interaction and clarifying pedagogy
• Experience with documentation in the Life Care system
• Ability to adapt to changes and new work methods
Employment type: Fixed-term contract.
Duration: 3-6 months.
