In addition to production, we also have product development, procurement, logistics, and customer support. Nord-Lock produces locally but acts globally! About the Position As an operator in the adhesive department, you are an important part of our production and are responsible for operating and monitoring machines as well as ensuring high quality, safety, and efficiency in the process. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to manufacturing our innovative locking washers that secure bolted joints around the world – from advanced industrial solutions on the ocean floor to space technology and some of the world's fastest cars. We are looking for you who: are at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent education can work shifts, which means working every other week in the morning (Monday-Thursday 05:30-14:30 and Friday 05:30-13:00) and every other week in the afternoon (Monday-Thursday 14:20-23:40 with Friday off) speak and write Swedish fluently to be able to understand and follow work and safety instructions Prior experience from the manufacturing industry and mechanical aptitude are merits but not requirements. We are looking for someone who is eager and wants to be part of a team that creates a whole. This requires you to be thorough, able to keep pace, and be practically inclined. For us, it is important that you are a good team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to always do your best. You are careful, responsible, see needs, and take your own initiative.
