About the Assignment We are now seeking careful and dedicated Process Operators for Inspection at Sweden Biomanufacturing Center (SBC) in Gärtuna, Södertälje. The main responsibility in this role is visual inspection of products, which requires high levels of concentration, attention to detail, and quality awareness. It is important that candidates fully understand that this will be the primary work task. Please note that a vision test will be conducted before the assignment begins. Work Tasks Visual inspection and control of pharmaceutical products Documentation according to applicable procedures and quality requirements Work according to instructions, protocols, and GMP regulations Handling of administrative and computerized systems Actively contribute to safety, quality, and efficiency in operations Collaboration with colleagues in production and quality Requirements High school diploma, preferably in technical or natural sciences Very good skills in Swedish, both spoken, written, and reading comprehension Good skills in English, both spoken, written, and reading comprehension Good computer skills and experience with, or ability to quickly learn to work in, administrative and computerized systems, such as SAP or equivalent Ability to work all shift types as needed Ability to be on-site and ready to start work shifts beginning at 06:30 Merits Studies at Mälardalens Tekniska Gymnasium (MTG) Experience with documentation such as deviation reporting, logbooks, protocols, recipes, or similar Experience with inspection/visual inspection Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or other regulated production Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is: Careful and quality-conscious Structured and responsible Independent in your work Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment Collaboration-oriented with good social skills Customer-focused and service-oriented Comfortable with a high work pace Willing to work in a role that can sometimes be physically demanding Important Information for Applicants Visual inspection is the main work task. A vision test is mandatory before assignment start. You must be able to work shifts as needed. You must be able to start work shifts from 06:30. Interviews will be conducted at AstraZeneca Gärtuna during week 35. Candidate Presentation When presenting, the following requirements should be pasted into the CV matrix and answered with YES/NO along with a brief explanation of how the candidate meets each requirement: Has high school level education, preferably in Technical or Natural Sciences. Meriting are studies at Mälardalens Tekniska Gymnasium (MTG). Has very good skills in spoken, written, and reading comprehension in Swedish. Has good skills in spoken, written, and reading comprehension in English. Has good computer skills and is comfortable working with/learning to work in various administrative and computerized systems, e.g., SAP or equivalent. Requirement to be able to work all types of shifts. Desirable to have experience with documentation, such as deviation reporting, protocols, recipes, logbooks, or similar. Meriting is experience with inspection. Meriting is experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing. Candidates will be interviewed during week 35 by the client. Before that, we plan to conduct interviews as soon as applications arrive. The assignment is planned to start on September 7.
