About the Position We are now seeking an operator for a manufacturing company in Hallsberg. This position is a consulting assignment through Cleverex Bemanning, where you will initially be employed by Cleverex. For the right candidate, there are excellent opportunities for a transition to the client after approximately 6 months, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. You will work in a modern production environment with high demands on quality, delivery precision, and continuous improvement. The operations feature both series and prototype manufacturing, which means a varied and dynamic work day. The work requires precision, technical interest, and a quality-conscious approach. - Operation and monitoring of production machinery - Work in various manufacturing processes such as injection molding, extrusion, and dispensing - Quality inspections, measurements, and documentation - Reporting in business systems - Ensuring the correct quantity, correct quality, and on-time delivery Your Profile We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and has a genuine interest in technology and production. - Secondary education, preferably with technical focus - Experience as a machine operator in manufacturing industry (meritorious) - Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written - Good computer skills - Organized and quality-conscious - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Other Information Work Location: Hallsberg Assignment Duration: 6 months, with possibility of transition to client thereafter Work Schedule: Afternoon: Monday–Thursday 14:00–23:18 Since certain materials are used in production, you cannot be allergic to nickel.
