We are now seeking an operator for our pellets production who will be part of the development of our new pellets factory in Ruda. A role where you get to ensure that the facility operates optimally and where your work has a direct impact on efficiency, production, and safety. About the role: As an operator in our pellets facility in Ruda, you are responsible for the daily operation of the plant. You monitor the production process, ensure that machines and equipment function as they should, and perform the routines required for safe and efficient production. The role includes, among other things: Operation and monitoring of pellets production Continuous monitoring of the facility's machines and processes Handover of current production status to the next shift Handling of minor operational and production disruptions Participation in loading bulk trucks and other goods Active participation in fire safety and work environment initiatives Contribute to continuous improvements by raising ideas and development suggestions Operation of wheel loaders as needed Your profile: We are looking for someone with a technical interest who enjoys a practical role in a manufacturing environment. You are self-driven but also collaborate well with others on the team. Experience from process industry, manufacturing, or similar operations is a plus, as is experience working with machinery and wheel loaders. As a person, you are responsible, thorough, and structured. You have a safety mindset in your work and contribute to good team spirit in the workplace.
