About the Company Our client possesses solid and extensive expertise in product design and sheet metal manufacturing. With long-standing experience in the industry, they have established themselves as market-leading specialists in sheet metal processing. We are now seeking an engaged operator to join their team. Your Responsibilities As an operator, you are responsible for running and monitoring your machine to produce parts according to drawings and specifications. You work independently and should be comfortable with that, although of course you have colleagues nearby to turn to for help. Your Background/Your Qualities * Experience working as a machine operator or similar industrial production * Good proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings * Knowledge of measuring techniques and quality assurance * Forklift certification is required * Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written We place great emphasis on your personal qualities—we are looking for someone who is thorough and has a strong quality mindset. You work independently but also thrive in collaboration with others. With a genuine technical interest, you approach challenges in a solution-oriented manner.
