Development includes, for example, a new transport planning system with changed planning methods and operational definitions, development of return services in Sweden and the EU, and development of collaboration with commissioners. The Transport Planning Section is starting a transport planning central in Stockholm that will operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Job Description As an operator, you have the operational responsibility to lead and distribute transport assignments within your area of responsibility. This is based on an operational perspective with the mandate to make decisions about, for example, prisons and staffing. Planning is carried out based on high standards for security, efficiency, service level, and good resource management. In your daily work, you will have contact with, among others, commissioners, travel agencies, airlines, border police, and others. You will work in the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's administrative systems and have certain responsibility for personnel scheduling. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: • Complete upper secondary education in the form of a final certificate or upper secondary diploma • Several years of work experience in transport planning and/or personnel planning. • Current experience working within the Swedish Prison and Probation Service or experience working in security or transport operations. • Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form. • Very good knowledge of various IT systems. (Must be demonstrated with certificate and/or references). It is also a merit to have: • Logistics training or documented prior experience from logistics work at a planning or management level that the Swedish Prison and Probation Service considers relevant. • Experience from the aviation or travel industry at an administrative level or operatively at a level higher than clearance personnel. • Experience working at the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's Transport Department. • Experience working as a duty officer within the Swedish Prison and Probation Service or police authority. • Experience from the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, security work, military work, or police work. • Experience working with transport planning or work at an emergency call center. • Experience working in Heroma. • Experience in operational work in a supervisory capacity. • Extensive documented experience working in various IT systems simultaneously. • Proficiency in additional languages beyond the above.
