We are now seeking several operators for a production facility in Nyköping. In this role, you will be part of the daily production flow, where you will work with handling, sorting, processing, and preparing various products according to established procedures and quality standards. You will have a varied workday and the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of the operation, while contributing to smooth and efficient production.
About the role:
In this position, you will be part of daily production work. You will work with different tasks depending on the facility's needs and will have the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of the work.
Your workday may include handling, sorting, checking, and preparing products for the next step in the process. You will work both with colleagues and independently, and your tasks may vary throughout the day.
You will receive an introduction when you start and will gradually learn more work tasks. This way, you will have the opportunity to develop in the role and become confident in multiple aspects of the operation.
The work involves being active for most of the workday. There may also be tasks that require you to handle and lift materials of varying weights.
