Your Responsibilities
As an operator with us, you have an important role in our production. You work closely with both machines and colleagues, with a focus on quality, precision, and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities include:
Monitoring and operating production machinery
Material handling and production preparation
Sampling, quality control, and documentation
Basic mechanical maintenance and equipment care
As a growing company, our tasks vary – and we see that as a strength. We help each other, learn from one another, and develop both our methods and skills together. You are part of a close-knit team and report to the production manager. Work is in 3 shifts (morning, evening including weekends).
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is curious, responsible, and enjoys working in a team. You don't need to know everything from the start – the willingness to learn and contribute is what matters most.
We believe you have experience and/or training in production or engineering, and want to continue developing in the manufacturing industry.

To succeed in this role, you need:
Basic computer skills (Office and business systems)
Ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Forklift license A+B
