We are now seeking a Process Operator for our production facility in Söderfors! We offer an opportunity for stimulating work in an international company. As an operator on the Subject Line in Söderfors, you will work with further processing of our steel through various processes, including forging, rolling, heat treatment, straightening, and turning. The work is varied and gives you the opportunity to develop both your technical skills and your understanding of the entire production flow. You will be part of a self-managed work group where you collectively take responsibility for conducting work in a safe, efficient, and quality-conscious manner. The group collaborates to meet production targets and actively contributes to continuous improvements in operations. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with a genuine technical interest and a desire to develop with us. We would like to see that you have: B-class driving license Basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Technical education at upper secondary school level or equivalent experience (desirable) Previous experience from industrial operations (desirable) To thrive and succeed in this role, you are someone who takes responsibility for your work, collaborates easily, and is curious about learning new tasks.
