You will, among other things: - Monitor machines during ongoing production to ensure optimal operation. - Feed material to machines to keep production running smoothly. - Perform finishing work and quality inspections of completed products. - Contribute to an even flow and prevent production stoppages. Work is conducted in 3-shift rotation. Your Background / Your Qualities We believe you are a person who likes to solve problems, has patience, and takes own initiative. You are technically interested, want to understand how things work, and enjoy working hands-on. You have: - Technical competence and good computer skills. - Ability to work independently but also as part of a team. - An interest in developing both yourself and production.
