About the role At Pauder & People, we are now looking for several dedicated and responsible CNC operators for long-term consulting assignments with our client in Halmstad. At the client, you will become an important part of a helpful and open team with a supportive culture, where you work together to make customers' products more competitive and sustainable. The employment means that you will initially be securely employed as a consultant with us, but your daily work and workplace will be with the client in Halmstad. The assignment is long-term and for the right person there are good opportunities for a permanent position directly with the client in the future. Your main responsibilities: Setup, adjustment and monitoring of CNC machines. Ongoing and careful quality measurements Tool changes, troubleshooting and minor machine maintenance during downtime. Daily reporting and documentation of production. Who are you? We are not just looking for an impressive CV, we are looking for the right attitude. Requirements for the position: Education: Complete high school education with technical focus. Language: You have fluent Swedish in speech and writing (an absolute requirement for safety regulations and instructions). Working hours: Daytime with flexibility options. A major plus (Merits): You have previous experience with CNC machining, process industry or other manufacturing industry. What do we offer?
