Do you want to work as an operator in a safe and developing environment in Falkenberg? About the Position As an operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, performing ongoing production tasks, and ensuring that processes are followed according to applicable procedures. The work includes loading, unloading, and handling materials, monitoring machines, quality controls, and documenting work steps and deviations. You work in a team and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and production management to maintain stable and safe production. The position is full-time. You will work day shifts. Start as soon as possible. Examples of Work Tasks Responsible for packaging and shipping. Monitor and operate production equipment according to given instructions and safety procedures. Perform simple adjustments, replacements, and cleaning of machines. Conduct quality controls and document results. Report deviations and contribute to improvement work to increase efficiency and safety. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a good work environment and positive team climate. About You Formal Qualifications We are looking for someone with basic industrial experience or relevant education from upper secondary school (preferably technical/technical track) or vocational training. Previous work in production, process industry, or similar is an advantage. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have basic computer skills for documentation and reporting. Personal Qualities You are detail-oriented, responsible, and thrive in an environment where safety and quality are always prioritized. You work in a structured manner, solve problems practically, and are flexible when circumstances change. Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude are important for creating a functioning team.
