Your assignment As an operator for warehouse maintenance and quality, you will be part of the DC Quality Team, where you have an important role in ensuring quality throughout the distribution center. You work closely with the operation and collaborate daily with multiple functions and departments to create efficient and well-functioning processes. You will, among other things: • Be responsible for warehouse maintenance through inventory management, warehouse upkeep, and follow-up of storage discrepancies. • Carry out goods receipt, arrival inspections, as well as quality and quantity checks of incoming goods. • Handle return flows, packaging, storage, and terminal-related tasks within the distribution center. • Document and follow up on quality issues, discrepancies, and inspections in relevant systems. • Collaborate with colleagues across different functions to ensure efficient flows, high quality, and continuous improvements. The position is time-limited (temporary assignment) starting immediately and extending to January 2028. Your profile We are looking for someone who likes order and organization, takes responsibility for their work, and is motivated by finding solutions when challenges arise. You are comfortable with many contact points and want to contribute to both quality and continuous improvements in the operation. To succeed in this role, we see that you: • Have experience from warehouse, logistics, or quality work, preferably in an operational setting. • Are thorough, responsible, and can handle multiple parallel tasks. • Have a good ability to collaborate and communicate with different functions. • Master Swedish and English in speech and writing. • Have knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint as well as WMS/ERP systems such as Scale and SAP. • Have a forklift certificate. Placement and other information This position is based in Fagersta, Sweden. Work is scheduled for daytime according to the current shift planning.
