About the Role As an operator at Hellbergs, you are an important part of our door manufacturing in Mellerud. The position is general and covers all work within the factory's door production. You report to the Production Manager and the work requires close daily collaboration both within your own department, other departments, and externally. In your daily work, you perform quality control and self-inspections, report work and deviations in the system. You collaborate with other departments for the benefit of the whole, keep the workplace clean and organized, and contribute to improvements in processes and your own work area. You understand and follow safety and environmental regulations for your work area. Hellbergs and our customers place high demands on expertise regarding doors and their properties. You will therefore undergo thorough training in our door world through education and practical experience within the company. In addition to the general responsibilities mentioned above and the competencies specified, you are expected to follow the company's code of conduct. The workplace is at our factory in Mellerud, in the scenic Dalsland region. Your Competencies We are looking for someone who enjoys working carefully and methodically, likes routines, and thrives with practical work in a manufacturing environment. You are a positive team player who takes responsibility for your work and contributes to order, quality, and safety in the workplace. Experience in production or industrial work is a plus but not required. You want to learn everything about steel doors, classifications, and steel door manufacturing. If you have experience from the construction industry, we see that as a great advantage. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing, and basic computer skills since work is reported in systems.
