About the Position We are now seeking a meticulous and focused operator for an exciting assignment with a customer in advanced technical manufacturing in Västerås. Here you will have the opportunity to become part of a quality-conscious operation where precision and attention to detail are paramount. The work is scheduled during daytime hours, Monday to Friday from 07:00–16:00, with some flexibility. Start date is immediate or after the customer company's summer closure during weeks 29–30. What the Role Involves As an operator, you will work with assembly and handling of very small components in a controlled cleanroom environment, where special procedures regarding work attire and cleanliness are applied. The role involves detail-oriented and concentration-demanding work where you need to be able to work methodically and with high precision. Some tasks are performed using a microscope. You will mainly work close to a small team, while also becoming part of a larger production operation with approximately 30 employees at different stations. Work tasks include, among other things: * Assembly and handling of small and delicate components * Precision work with high quality requirements * Documentation and recording of completed work * Work according to clear instructions and established processes Qualifications We are looking for someone who enjoys meticulous and fine motor work and who finds it easy to maintain focus over longer periods. You are patient, structured, and have a methodical work approach. We would like to see that you have: * Experience with detail-oriented work, for example assembly of small components or circuit boards * Good fine motor skills and a sense of precision * Experience with documentation or working according to quality procedures is a merit * Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Employment The position begins as a consultant employment, but for the right person there are very good opportunities for a long-term solution and permanent employment directly with the customer company.
