We sell furniture, lighting, and bathroom fixtures under our own brand, which we import directly from our suppliers in Asia and Europe without intermediaries. We are a small team with short decision-making processes, where each person makes a significant difference. Vesani Sweden AB is seeking an Operations Manager who will become a central figure in our organization – the connector between our internal functions, warehouse/3PL, customer service, systems, and external partners. This is a hands-on role for someone who doesn't just want to maintain existing processes, but wants to build, improve, and drive them forward. The role reports to the CEO. About the Role As Operations Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that Vesani's daily operational flows work smoothly – and that we have the right processes, systems, and structure to grow efficiently. You have clear ownership of collaboration with our warehouse/3PL and our freight forwarders, and ensuring they meet the SLA levels we have agreed upon. You ensure that order flows, inventory status, returns, complaints, and other operational issues are handled quickly and systematically. An equally important part of the role is building and developing our internal processes and IT infrastructure. Do you see a manual process that could be automated? Then you drive it. Do two systems need to communicate via API? Then you ensure the solution is implemented. Do we need to bring in a programmer or external specialist? Then you define requirements, coordinate, and follow up on the work. You don't need to be able to program yourself – but you need to be sufficiently technically curious and knowledgeable to understand the systems, see the possibilities, and drive projects to completion. Your Main Responsibilities Warehouse, 3PL & Operational Flow You are Vesani's primary operational contact with the warehouse/3PL and freight forwarders and are responsible for ensuring the collaboration works efficiently. You will, among other things: • own ongoing communication and follow-up with warehouse/3PL and freight forwarders • monitor that our partners meet agreed SLA levels for delivery times, delivery reliability, and quality • establish, document, and improve processes and work methods • track order flows, delivery accuracy, inventory status, and deviations • ensure that problems and deviations are identified and actually resolved • manage backorders, internal inventory transfers, and operational warehouse issues • be responsible for structure and processes around returns and complaints • ensure that relevant information reaches customer service and other parts of the organization Processes, Systems & IT You have significant responsibility for developing how Vesani works. This includes, among other things: • mapping and establishing internal processes • identifying bottlenecks and inefficient or manual work methods • driving automation and digitalization • developing flows and integrations between our various systems • driving projects related to APIs and system integrations • defining requirements and project managing external programmers and IT partners • driving development projects related to our website and digital platform • ensuring that Visma.net and other relevant systems contain correct information • creating structure for monitoring, data, and reporting You essentially become the person who ensures that processes and systems work together in practice. Who Are We Looking For? For this role, personality, drive, and problem-solving ability are essential. You are a doer. You identify what needs to be done, take initiative, and drive the matter through to completion. You are curious and driven. When you encounter something you don't understand, you want to find out how it works. You enjoy learning new systems, testing solutions, and finding better ways to work. You have excellent IT and systems knowledge. You understand digital flows and pick up new systems easily. Concepts like APIs, integrations, automation, and data quality feel natural to you. You are structured and analytical. You can handle multiple parallel issues, prioritize correctly, and create structure even where it doesn't exist today. You are unpretentious. One moment you can drive a major IT or process project and the next you can solve a concrete problem with an order, return, or inventory discrepancy. The role also involves some practical work in the operations – you see this as a natural part of understanding the flow and being able to improve it. We believe you have • experience in a broad operational role in e-commerce, logistics, business systems, or similar • excellent IT and systems knowledge and good understanding of APIs, integrations, and digital flows • experience driving projects and coordinating external suppliers or developers • a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented work approach • good Swedish and English • a driver's license Experience in e-commerce, 3PL, business systems, Visma.net, automation, or web development projects is a plus. You don't need to know everything from the start. The most important thing is that you have the drive and curiosity to figure out what you don't already know. Practical Details The role is based at our office and showroom in Ängelholm. A driver's license and access to a car are required, as the work involves regular visits to our 3PL warehouse outside Klippan. Why Vesani? This is a role with great opportunity to make an impact.
