About the role
As operational director, you will have overall responsibility for leading and further developing the operations. You will become part of the management team and lead approximately 10 full-time employees as well as over 50 part-time employees. The role involves close collaboration with employees, management, and our clinical partners.
You will, among other things:
lead, engage, and develop employees
be responsible for staffing, planning, and daily operational management
drive operational development and streamline processes and working methods
ensure high quality and patient safety
develop relationships with our partners and clinics
be present in the operations and at our various clinics
contribute strategically to the company's continued development and expansion.

Experience in management and leadership within healthcare is a merit. Clinical experience from anesthesia, for example as a specialist physician in anesthesia or anesthesia nurse, is also a merit. The recruitment process
We use a structured and research-based selection process to ensure a fair assessment based on the same requirements profile.
Early in the process, you will complete a logical problem-solving test and a personality test. This is followed by structured interviews and, for final candidates, an on-site meeting where you will get to know our employees and operations.
