About the Position
Ikett is now seeking an Operative Technician for our customer in Finspång!
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for a robotic grinding cell, KUKA robot, in a department that manufactures blades and guide vanes for turbines. As an Operative Technician, you will have overall responsibility for the robotic grinding cell and work in a combined role as both technician and operator.
The technical aspect of the role involves creating the right conditions for stable and efficient production. You will work with programming the robot cell, develop and optimize tools, fixtures, and work processes, and be responsible for commissioning new components. You will collaborate closely with functions such as engineering, maintenance, quality, and procurement to ensure that production operates efficiently and maintains high quality.
The operational aspect means you are responsible for the daily operation of the robot cell. You will plan and run production according to current orders, monitor the process, ensure quality of finished components, and perform routine maintenance of equipment. The role also includes active work on continuous improvements and optimization of existing work methods. When needed, you will also support the manual grinding department.
Start date is immediately or by agreement. Working hours are currently day shift, but shift arrangements may change based on operational needs.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in programming and/or industrial automation, such as robot programming.
- Experience from manufacturing industry or automated production.
- Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite and business systems, such as SAP.
- A structured working approach and strong focus on quality.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
- Forklift certification is a requirement for this position.
