Operational Technician

About the Role Ikett is now seeking an Operational Technician for our customer in Finspång! In this role, you will have primary responsibility for a robot grinding cell, KUKA robot, in a department that manufactures turbine blades and guide vanes. As an Operational Technician, you will have overall responsibility for the robot grinding cell and work in a combined role as both technician and operator. The technical aspect of the role involves creating the right conditions for stable and efficient production. You will work with programming the robot cell, develop and optimize tools, fixtures, and work processes, and be responsible for commissioning new components. You will collaborate closely with functions such as engineering, maintenance, quality, and procurement to ensure production runs efficiently and maintains high quality standards. The operational aspect involves managing the daily operation of the robot cell. You will plan and execute production according to current orders, monitor the process, ensure quality of finished components, and perform routine maintenance of the equipment. The role also includes active involvement in continuous improvements and optimization of existing work methods. When needed, you will also support the manual grinding department. Start date is immediate or by arrangement. Working hours are currently daytime, but shift arrangements may change depending on operational needs. Your Profile We would like you to have: - Experience with programming and/or industrial automation, for example robot programming. - Experience from manufacturing industry or automated production. - Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite as well as business systems, for example SAP. - A structured work approach and a strong focus on quality. - Good knowledge of Swedish and English. - A forklift license is a requirement for this position.
