About the role As an operative support resource in welding and quality, you have a key role in our daily production. You work closely with both our welding manager and quality manager. Your focus is to ensure that our processes maintain the highest quality and that production follows established requirements. The role is highly operative and you'll spend a large part of your time on the shop floor. This is a fantastic development role for someone who wants to learn the trade from the ground up with the aim of taking on greater responsibility over time. Your main responsibilities Operative Support – Welding Support the welding manager in monitoring welding processes according to ISO 3834. Assist in developing and updating WPS and WPQR. Perform simple inspections of materials, consumables, and equipment. Participate in technical review and monitoring of ongoing jobs. Perform visual inspections and report deviations in production. Operative Support – Quality (ISO 9001) Contribute to deviation management and investigation of complaints. Gather documentation for root cause analyses and corrective actions. Assist in compiling quality documentation, such as material certificates and certificates. Follow up to ensure that decided measures are actually implemented in production. Who are you? We're looking for someone who is thorough, organized, and has good communication skills. You thrive with collaboration and easily support different functions in a dynamic production environment. Since the role is supportive rather than decision-making, we value that you are receptive and have a strong interest in continuous improvement work. We'd like to see that you have: Experience in welding and/or work in manufacturing industry. Basic knowledge in blueprint reading and welding processes (MIG/MAG/TIG).
