As an employee in this assignment, you will be employed by Nordic Fleetcare AB / NFC Hands and work in the client's operations according to the client's daily instructions and procedures. About the Role As an operative service worker, you will be part of a team that ensures deliveries arrive on time, at the right place, and according to agreed procedures. The work may include: retrieving and checking completed deliveries, loading, transporting, and delivering goods according to instructions, working in connection with a station, depot, or other delivery point, placing, unpacking, and finalizing deliveries, reporting deviations, delays, damages, or missing goods, following safety procedures, work instructions, and daily priorities. This is a practical role where you need to be thorough, punctual, and confident in following procedures. The work takes place in an environment where timing and quality are important aspects of the assignment. Working Hours Work is conducted as scheduled shift work with shifts in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Weekend work occurs according to a rotating schedule, typically every other weekend, every third, or every fourth weekend depending on the schedule and staffing arrangement. We are looking for someone who can work shifts and who enjoys work where timing, punctuality, and responsibility are important parts of the day. The position may be available as part-time or full-time employment depending on schedule, availability, and staffing arrangement. We believe you: Have a Class B Driver's License Are punctual and responsible Have a good sense of service and order Can follow instructions and safety procedures, Are comfortable with practical work Can work independently but also function well in a team Can handle work where timing and deliveries need to be maintained Have good Swedish in speech and writing. Previous experience in logistics, transport, service, warehouse, restaurant, train/station environments, or similar is a merit, but the right attitude is most important.
