About the Role As operations restaurant manager, you have overall responsibility for daily operations. You lead the floor team, ensure high service standards, and actively work to develop both staff and the business. You're present in operations and have an eye for detail while keeping the bigger picture in focus. Your Responsibilities: Lead and coach staff in daily work Ensure high quality in service and food experiences Manage scheduling, staffing, and cost control Monitor sales and results Handle recruitment and onboarding of new employees Drive improvement initiatives and develop procedures We're Looking for Someone Who: Has experience in a leadership role in restaurants, minimum 2 years Is a clear and inspiring leader Has strong organizational skills and stress resilience Is passionate about service and guest satisfaction Is solution-oriented What Can We Offer You?
