About the Job: Stallmästaregården is now seeking a new Restaurant Manager who will maintain the restaurant operations and ensure quality, service standards, and procedures. Here you'll have the opportunity to lead and coordinate work in an idyllic setting with a focus on excellent service presence and views over Brunnsviken. A Day at Work: You work operatively and act as the hub in our facilities at the inn, leading, coaching, and developing the team while ensuring guests' needs are met. You also work closely with other department heads to optimize operational efficiency. What We're Looking For: Multiple years of experience in a leadership role within the industry. Structured and experienced in planning daily operations with strong focus. Passionate about leading teams. Flexible and adaptable. Have an eye for detail. Strong leadership qualities with demonstrated experience in the field. Always remain calm in stressful situations. Always go the extra mile for guests with a smile.
