We are now seeking a planner for an exciting consulting assignment. You will become part of a newly formed team consisting of project managers, planners, and aftermarket coordinators who work together to ensure efficient planning and a well-functioning production flow. About the Role As a planner, you will, together with three colleagues, have overall responsibility for coordinating the operation's needs and schedules. You work closely with production, procurement, and other internal functions to create good lead time and contribute to an efficient and quality-assured planning process. The role is varied and offers great opportunities to influence working methods, develop processes, and contribute to the operation's continued improvement efforts. In this role, you will work with: Forecast and capacity planning. Material planning and monitoring of material needs. Cost estimation. Developing, monitoring, and analyzing relevant KPIs. Participating in and driving improvement efforts together with adjacent functions. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is curious, takes initiative, and thrives in a role where you get to work both operatively and strategically. You have good structure in your work, are used to prioritizing between multiple parallel activities, and have a natural ability to collaborate with different parts of the organization. You are communicative, solutions-oriented, and appreciate a role with significant personal responsibility and freedom to influence. We would like to see that you have: Experience in material, capacity, or allocation planning. An academic degree or vocational education in logistics, production, or another relevant field, or corresponding work experience. Experience from similar roles in logistics or manufacturing industry. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience with IFS Sherpa or another ERP system is a merit.
