Then the role of Operational Manager is meaningful work. As an Operational Manager, you are responsible for institution-wide coordination and work leadership of ongoing operations outside office hours, during evenings and nights, to promote a safe care and work environment. You guide and strengthen your colleagues in their work and ensure that work is conducted fairly and in accordance with applicable governing documents, methods, and set objectives. Concretely, this includes responsibility for incident management during alarm situations and taking necessary measures following an incident. You communicate identified deficiencies and deviations from procedures to the relevant managers. You establish and update security assessments and make decisions regarding coercive measures under LVM in accordance with SiS work and delegation procedures. Qualifications For you to thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you are a stable person who remains calm even in stressful situations. You have the will and ability to act based on applicable decisions, guidelines, and policies. You have a holistic perspective and act in the best interest of the organization. Furthermore, you are structured in your work and have a good ability to plan and prioritize efficiently. You must also have: - Relevant university education such as social worker, behavioral scientist, or other equivalent university education, alternatively at least two-year vocational education (treatment pedagogue) combined with experience of working at SiS or similar operations. - Several years of experience working at SiS or another operation with a focus on care, treatment, and security, such as social services, health and treatment, correctional services, or other relevant operations. - Strong ability to lead, prioritize, and coordinate a work team. - Driver's license category B.
