At Halmstad Energy and Environment AB (HEM), you'll be the face of our warehouse operations. You provide service to both internal and external personnel and ensure that our production facilities always have the spare parts needed to function optimally. You'll become an important part of our technical supply chain and contribute directly to high operational reliability and quality in our deliveries.
In this role, you'll combine practical warehouse work with technical understanding and close collaboration with your colleagues. You'll be part of a tight operational team of three consisting of a spare parts coordinator and another warehouse staff member. Together you'll complement each other, with your technical knowledge being key to success.
Your responsibilities
Your tasks will include:
Operational warehouse work with customer contact in our supply window and via phone.
Managing incoming and outgoing shipments (including unloading and loading with forklift).
Ordering, receiving, organizing and storing consumables and spare parts.
Inventories, warehouse optimization and record management in our maintenance system.
Booking material and spare parts transports.
Invoice handling related to the warehouse.
Actively participate in improvement work to streamline warehouse structure, logistics and flows.
This is a permanent full-time position located at Kristinehedsverket in Halmstad.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, we see that you have warehouse management experience. We believe you've worked in a similar position within production facilities or heavy industry. You could also be an experienced mechanic or technician, which gives you good understanding of spare parts and technical equipment.
You have an interest in digital systems and enjoy developing and improving work methods and system structures. You're used to using digital tools in your daily work and have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
As a person, you're thorough, structured and confident in your technical competence. You're flexible and can quickly adapt when production demands it. Since you have frequent contact with technicians, engineers and suppliers, you find it easy to collaborate, communicate and maintain a high level of service. You also have good financial understanding in your daily work.
Requirements:
Class B driver's license (manual transmission).
Forklift certification (minimum B1).
Good computer skills (MS Office).
Technical or mechanical experience/training.
Meritorious:
Previous experience with warehouse and/or maintenance systems, such as MaintMaster.
Experience in chemical handling.
Safe lifting certification.
Knowledge of regulations within LOU, LUF and/or procurement work.
Experience with system administration in technical systems.
