About the Role
As CEO, you have overall responsibility for the operations and report directly to the owner. The role is operational and hands-on, with a strong focus on creating structure, strengthening profitability, and building a well-functioning team.
You are responsible for:
• Full P&L responsibility
• Leadership of the company's approximately 25 employees
• Operational management and day-to-day operations
• Financial monitoring, cost control, and margin management
• Establishing structure, processes, and ways of working
• Driving change and efficiency initiatives
• Development of the organization, team, and key personnel
• Ensuring quality in deliveries and customer relationships
Current Situation and Future Focus
MTAB Live is facing a clear transformation with focus on:
• Restoring and strengthening profitability
• Creating control over costs and monitoring
• Building structure in processes and responsibilities
• Ensuring efficient project management and delivery
• Developing – and if necessary, changing – the organization
You need to be comfortable making decisions regarding both working methods and staffing, while building trust and engagement in the organization.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with:
• Documented experience with P&L responsibility
• Experience leading organizations and personnel
• Strong business acumen with clear focus on profitability
• Experience with change management and creating structure
• Experience working closely with owners in an entrepreneurial environment
It is meritorious if you have experience with turnaround, cost optimization, or operations within projects, production, logistics, or events. We would like to see background from logistics or similar operations and experience from owner-led companies where you have worked closely with owners.
