About the Role As an Operational Procurement Specialist, you will be an important part of our client's procurement and logistics flow. The work involves daily contact with internal functions and suppliers, and you will have a central role in ensuring that the right materials are in place at the right time. You will work in an environment where structure, quality, and good communication are crucial - and where you have the opportunity to learn modern procurement processes in an international operation at the forefront of the industry. Your Responsibilities Place and follow up on purchase orders in the business system Monitor deliveries, handle discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams Update article data such as prices, lead times, and supplier information Administer procurement-related documents and reports Collaborate with goods reception, strategic procurement, and logistics functions Ensure that procurement flows follow procedures and quality requirements Maintain contact and communication with suppliers We Are Looking for Someone Who Has Experience from procurement, logistics, administration, or similar role Good system skills and confidence working with business systems Very good knowledge of Excel and the Office suite Structure, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel Strong communication skills in Swedish and English It Is Advantageous If You Have Experience with procurement work within industry or manufacturing Worked with call-offs or article administration Experience with ERP systems (e.g., IFS, SAP, or Monitor) Post-secondary education in procurement, economics, logistics, or engineering As a Person, We Believe You Are Organized and quality-conscious Communicative and collaboration-oriented Solution-focused and proactive Responsible and confident working independently About the Client Our client is an international industrial company with a strong market position and operations in a global market.
