Right now, Unik Resurs is seeking an operational procurement specialist for an extended consulting role with an international organization in Malmö. Here you will become an important part of the daily procurement work and collaborate closely with both internal requesters and suppliers. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy creating order in processes, like having many points of contact, and thrive on providing support and service to the organization. Duties and Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Handle purchase orders and follow up on deliveries Provide support to users in procurement processes and systems Ensure quality in administrative workflows and processes Manage issues related to supplier invoices Contribute to the development and improvement of work methods and procedures You will become part of a small team with close collaboration, where initiative, engagement, and a down-to-earth attitude are valued. Your Profile We believe you Have experience in operational procurement, supply chain, or similar roles Have worked in business systems related to procurement Are accustomed to administrative processes where attention to detail is important Enjoy multiple points of contact and supporting others in their work Communicate fluently in Swedish and English Experience with SAP and/or Ariba is a plus.
