About the Role Would you like a central role where you contribute to reliable and efficient production? We are now looking for a dedicated procurement specialist for our client's maintenance organization. As a procurement specialist, you play an important role in ensuring the availability of spare parts, services, and technical support required for smooth operations. You work closely with suppliers as well as internal functions such as maintenance, production engineering, and production to coordinate procurement and sourcing activities. The role combines operational procurement with long-term work on spare parts strategies and inventory optimization. You will also handle daily delivery inquiries and contribute to minimizing disruptions and downtime in production. Responsibilities Responsible for procurement of spare parts, services, and other resources that support the maintenance organization Coordinate and drive procurement and sourcing activities together with suppliers and internal stakeholders Structure, organize, and optimize the spare parts inventory Conduct inventories and audits to ensure correct inventory levels Manage delivery inquiries and ensure availability of critical spare parts Contribute to the development of long-term spare parts strategies and improvement initiatives Location: Ludvika Scope: Full-time Work Hours: Daytime About You You are a curious and driven person who thrives working both operationally and strategically. You have a natural ability to build relationships, communicate with different stakeholders, and find solutions to complex challenges. Furthermore, you are organized, analytical, and have strong personal responsibility. Qualifications Good knowledge of English, spoken and written Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI Good communication skills and experience collaborating with different functions Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Meritorious Experience in operational procurement Experience from maintenance operations or manufacturing industry We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
