ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are now seeking an operational procurement specialist for one of our client companies – a leading player in the high-tech industrial sector. You will become part of a team consisting of both operational and strategic procurement specialists, where you together are responsible for ensuring material supply to production.
The role involves close collaboration with both internal functions and external suppliers, and you will, among other things:
- Place and follow up on orders
- Monitor deliveries and handle any deviations
- Maintain ongoing dialogue with suppliers
- Send out inquiries and update orders in the business system
- Handle complaints
- Report KPIs such as delivery accuracy and delivery quality
- Participate in supplier development and product group initiatives
- Handle invoices and administrative procurement processes

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:
- Have 1-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably from manufacturing industry
- Alternatively have a post-secondary education in technology, such as industrial economics or mechanical engineering
- Speak Swedish and English fluently, both spoken and written
- Have basic technical knowledge and experience working with business systems and procurement systems
