About the Role We are now looking for an engaged, meticulous, and analytical employee for HL Display's operations procurement department. In your role as an operations buyer, you are responsible for, among other things, creating purchase orders based on needs, following up on order status and ensuring delivery accuracy, as well as adapting purchase orders when demand changes. You actively work to maintain correct inventory levels for stocked items, follow up on late deliveries, and handle and investigate complaints related to purchased items. Together with the strategic procurement department, you develop collaboration with suppliers to continuously improve delivery accuracy, lead times, and quality, as well as contribute to reducing environmental impact in the supplier chain. The role is both communicative and analytical and involves daily contact with salespeople, suppliers, and other companies within the HL Group. You will also conduct analyses and compile data that are used as a basis for the company's strategic procurement work.
