Gränges is now looking for a new star to strengthen the team as an Operational Buyer. This is a full-time temporary position for 1 year, where you will be employed as a consultant at DC Talents and hired out to Gränges for the duration of the assignment. The position starts in November 2026 and you will be based at Gränges' facilities in Finspång. ABOUT THE ROLE As an Operational Buyer, you will play a central role in the procurement team and gain broad insight into procurement processes. You will work across all of the company's procurement areas and have extensive contact both internally and externally. They offer an exciting work environment where you have the freedom to plan your own work, with the option to work from home. Key Responsibilities Administer orders and follow up on deliveries. Handle purchasing for various areas such as raw materials, energy, contracting and services, as well as purchases for production. Manage invoices and escalate any discrepancies. Work with KPIs by analyzing and reporting results as well as updating and monitoring KPI reports. Support the strategic buyers and contribute improvement suggestions. Plan and execute measures together with those responsible strategically. As part of the company, you will have the opportunity to develop in an environment with unique breadth and variety in procurement work. Beyond the operational work, you will also gain close insight into strategic and tactical procurement. You will have the chance to attend and contribute to procurement processes and thereby acquire valuable knowledge. YOUR PROFILE We are looking for someone who is driven and enjoys working with data. You will handle large amounts of data and are expected to be able to use this to identify discrepancies and suggest improvements to the buyers and department manager. Strong Excel skills are a major plus, but previous procurement experience is not required. You will receive strong support from the organization and the opportunity to develop at a rapid pace, with broad insight into the procurement process.
