Your role with us: As an operational buyer, you will be a central part of the purchasing work. You will handle orders to suppliers and place purchases for articles as needed. The role involves a working approach that is both tactical and operational, with a focus on accuracy and structure. You work to ensure goods reach us on time and in the correct quantities. This also includes follow-up and updates from suppliers as well as minimizing inventory losses. Your responsibilities: Build relationships and maintain daily contact with suppliers and the warehouse. Address any discrepancies in follow-up, order placement, and transport booking Daily delivery monitoring Initiate and adjust purchase orders according to purchase requests and standard procedures Handle and approve invoices and follow up on deliveries Track material deliveries to ensure availability and proactively manage any material shortages Work closely with the product manager on improvements with suppliers and assortment Proactively manage seasonal products and campaigns Update business systems following changes and adjustments in the warehouse. Also ensure availability of backorder items Who are you? To thrive in this role, we see that you are a service-oriented and solution-focused individual. You like order and organization and see potential in everything. Experience-wise, we would prefer that you have relevant education in purchasing or some work experience with operational purchasing work. Furthermore, you possess good administrative and system skills. We would like to see that you have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, as the program is used daily in our work. You are fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
