About the Role
The Large Caliber Systems (LCS) business unit now needs to strengthen its organization with an operational procurement specialist based in Lindesberg. You will primarily support our strategic procurement specialists with:
Procurement of assigned articles
Delivery monitoring
Managing and initiating corrective actions for deviations and delivery delays
Updating article data and planning parameters in our business system MS D365
Your responsibilities also include assisting with request processing for customer quotes and contributing to improvements in operational procurement and our business system.
Our Candidate
We're looking for someone with a relevant upper secondary education, preferably complemented with procurement training, and who has a few years of experience in operational procurement work or similar. You're a skilled administrator with good Excel skills and a general interest in systems. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Swedish citizenship is a requirement, and background checks will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
As a person, you are service and collaboration-oriented with the ability to create and maintain long-term relationships. You are a solution-focused doer who can prioritize in a high-pace environment. Additionally, you are a responsible individual who completes your tasks with structure and attention to detail.
