Operational Procurement Specialist - Göteborg

We are seeking an operational procurement specialist for a consulting assignment in Göteborg. You will work closely with production, projects, and procurement to ensure that materials and services arrive on time, in the right place, and at the right cost. The role is operational and administrative. You will send out requests for quotation, receive offers, procure according to plan, monitor deliveries, maintain article and supplier data in systems, and handle supplier invoices. Supplier responsibility from the start is not included. In the long term, the assignment may develop toward more strategic procurement. Parental leave cover. You need to understand manufacturing flows and suppliers in the mechanical and manufacturing industry. You will collaborate with planning, projects, and strategic procurement specialists. We are looking for someone with approximately 3–9 years of relevant experience in operational procurement, preferably from the manufacturing industry. Post-secondary education in technology or economics, or at least three years of work in procurement or logistics. Good business English. Experience with procurement systems and Office.
