About the Role The position we are looking for is located in Nässjö. As an operational procurement specialist, you are responsible for ensuring material supply to our production. You work in the business system Monitor and have daily contact with suppliers, production, and planning. The role is central to ensuring our flows function smoothly and efficiently. As our current procurement specialist is retiring, you will receive comprehensive onboarding and the opportunity to shadow for a period to learn about our specific processes and suppliers. In your role, you manage approximately 60 active suppliers and work closely with the strategic procurement specialist to, for example, optimize our lead times and inventory levels. We are Looking for You Have experience in operational procurement, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Are experienced working in business systems, preferably Monitor. Are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented. Enjoy collaborating and communicating with different functions. Are motivated by achieving goals around delivery accuracy, inventory balances, and proactively solving deviations before they impact production. Have knowledge of forecasting and claims handling with suppliers. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
