Operational Buyer Would you like to be the hub between suppliers and operations? At CEJN, efficient material supply is a critical requirement for our continued growth. We work with suppliers around the world and maintain high standards for delivery reliability, capacity, and sustainable long-term supplier relationships. We are now seeking an Operational Buyer for our Purchase & SQA department. You will have a central role between our suppliers and operations, helping ensure material availability and a well-functioning supply chain. About the Role As an Operational Buyer, you will work closely with our strategic buyers, SQA function, and various divisions, product developers, and production planners. You will also maintain close collaboration with a large number of our external suppliers. Your responsibilities will include: Handling inquiries and quotations with corresponding price and cost summaries. Monitoring deliveries and ensuring material availability. Procuring samples and prototypes for development projects. Supporting strategic procurement by: -Collaborating with suppliers on delivery accuracy, capacity, and improvement initiatives. -Monitoring supplier delivery performance and initiating corrective actions when necessary. Updating and maintaining purchasing and supplier parameters in our systems. Contributing to the development and optimization of our procurement processes. Working with supplier-related analysis and reporting. Participating in the development of future working methods and digital solutions within procurement. The role involves both operational responsibility in daily operations and the opportunity to influence how we work going forward. Who Are You? We believe you have experience from manufacturing industry and preferably have previously worked with procurement or planning. You understand how material supply, supplier relationships, and internal processes are interconnected. You are comfortable working in business systems and are a proficient user of the Office suite, particularly Excel. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
