About the Position Are you someone who likes to stay in control, solve problems, and ensure things run smoothly? Then this might be the role for you! We are now looking for an operational procurement officer for a large and well-established company in Örnsköldsvik. Here you'll have the opportunity to become part of an engaged organization where you'll play an important role in daily operations. As an operational procurement officer, you will have many points of contact and work closely with both colleagues and suppliers. This is a role for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, finding solutions when things don't go according to plan, and who likes to stay one step ahead. You will be employed by us, but the position is on-site at the company. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Manage and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries. Contact suppliers and internal departments to ensure that the right materials are in place at the right time. Monitor delivery times and discrepancies and help find solutions when problems arise. Work proactively and identify issues that need to be handled before they become bigger problems. Qualifications Experience in operational procurement, materials planning, or similar. Good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written. Good computer skills and quick to learn new systems. A structured work approach and willingness to take responsibility for your tasks. Merits Experience with SAP. Experience from manufacturing industry or a larger organization. Experience with supplier contacts and working to resolve delivery or material-related problems.
