This is a key position with full operational responsibility for home care services in Stockholm and Norrköping where you lead through others. You drive quality through structure, and you build results through people.
Your role:
At Mervida you become the hub, a present and clear leader for unit managers in Stockholm and Norrköping. You set direction, create engagement and ensure that services are delivered with both heart and quality.
You report to the CEO and are a natural part of the management team, where your ideas and drive shape Mervida's future.
You work from the head office in Stockholm but have a strong presence in the operations, primarily in Stockholm but also in Norrköping.
This role exists to create the next step in Mervida's development.
You are mandated to:
- lead and develop managers with focus on structure, quality and results
- set direction and create clarity about what matters
- drive improvements that actually make a difference in daily operations
- ensure that quality, business and follow-up are aligned

Mervida AB is a care company in the midst of an exciting growth journey with operations in residential support, home care and accompanying services. Today Mervida has approximately 400 employees distributed across 8 home care units and 2 residential support units in Stockholm and Norrköping.

Practical details:
- Full-time
- Location: Stockholm, with regular presence in Norrköping
- Trial employment: 6 months
- Collective agreement via Healthcare Companies
- Salary by agreement
